Empower Black Artists to create works that are inspired by the authenticity of Black culture, aesthetic, philosophy and global history. 

Explore and expound upon the diversity of Blackness that exist in the greater Florida artistic community. 

 Identify and discuss particular challenges that present racial inequality, inequity, systemic and institutional oppression and suppression that exist within greater Florida based arts organizations and engage with solutions based practices

Deconstruct systemic oppression through clear and concise rhetoric to uplift and elevate Black Artists.
